Iberia worst customer service ever
 
I have been trying to get a refund for one month from Iberia because they took money out of my account for Internet service which never worked on a flight from Madrid to New York. I was OK with the food that was inedible. But when I complained to the steward about the lack of Wi-Fi he assured me that no one had any, it wasnt available and that Iberia didn't take the money, but if they did, they would refund it. What a joke. They refused to help me over the phone, when I actually get through. Their website is almost impossible to navigate I sent in a form but never heard another word I'm sure it's floating around in cyberspace. Every email address listed on Google doesn't exist. How do they even stay in business? Ugh!

Its unfortunate but its the way it is.. I suggest you give them a couple if weeks and if it does not appear you speak to your credit card company and claim from them.

Unfortunately you can't dispute a debit card claim because its like using cash.

Change language if you need to: https://www.iberia.com/es/relaciones-cliente/

There is an option "WIFI and entertainment system". That route should work. You seed your booking details.
