When does seat selection open?
I booked Bos-Mad business using avios for next Feb on one ticket and Mad-Ath economy in a separate ticket. I get on error message online when using advance seat selection for the Bos-Mad leg and I get a call customer center message for the other leg.
When I Called in I was told seat selection wouldn’t be until Oct. This doesn’t sound right as I was able to choose seats in Aug for a trip this past Feb
thoughts?
