Before you post something, make sure the information is accurate (we are in 2019 - and of course, it was not correct as of January 2018).
- Malabo and Cali has been discontinued.
- Asuncion has not seen an IB plane in the XXI century (they did in the XX).
- Managua was announced but postponed (TBA) due to obvious reasons.

As far I can see in the T&Cs, only Iberia and Iberia Express, also Air Nostrum if departure o arrival from/to Madrid.

List also seems to miss out on San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Hi, before you post something, make sure the information is accurate ;-)
Being ten centuries out of date is rather comical when complaining about out of date information ;-)
However to be fair Asunsion probably didn't see an Iberia plane in the 11th century !!
Anyhow, I'm glad the incorrect information was corrected and I won't take Raffles as the font of all knowledge from now on. Appologies.

No e-mail, but decided to look for availability on a flight ZRH-MAD-XRY in March.
The Iberia site (which incidentally has now suddenly decided to speak to me in French, for some unknown reason) is showing availabilty, but at 12,000 Avios each way, which would appear to be the normal rate.

The OP's issue is probably an account based outside of Spain.
