Suggestions needed.....

I booked a hotel stay in a London using Iberia Avios, but when we arrived st the hotel they said they had no record of the booking. I tried seven times to contact Iberia Plus with no success and had no choice but to pay for two rooms as it was 8pm by then.

I habe sent sent a complaint with invoices etc to Iberia but more than a month later have received no resolution.

Does anyone one know a way to escalate this? I have tried calling Iberia Plus but all they say is to email Classica. I am beyond frustrated and $300 down 😡

Have you received no response at all to your email? Remember that you should write your IB+ number as the email subject.
