The Avios from El Tenedor have not been credited and I am afraid that I may loose 3000 avios because of this.
I sent a mail and they responded that they are looking into it but I am not very optimistic.
Anyone here has had the same problem?

Still missing Cepsa from November.

Same problem here, just called Iberia + and they told me some times two months to credit avios from El Tenedor. Also did an online chat with El Tenedor to claim the avios, they opened a claim, not sure if this will accelerated the avios posting

Wanted to confirm that these appeared in my Iberia+ avios statement yesterday.
I did contact El Tenedor chat support last week and they told me that there was an issue and that they didn't have an ETA of when the credit would happen, and took a note of my claim.
Looks like all 7 partners are now good to to

the Avios from a booking through El Tenedor in December were credited yesterday
