Select seat on CX/KA for IB Award Booking
Just book CX/KA flights with my IB Avios. However, I am unable to pull up the reservation on CX's website and IB's website does not allow me to assign seat in advance. Any idea if there are other ways to get seats assigned for myself?

There may just be a time lag here - CX's new online booking management tool is much more robust and user friendly than it was before. In the meantime, you could try Qantas's Manage My Booking tool.
