- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

I honestly can't believe it. Seems like they indeed got everyone's redemptions right, even including refunds.
Of our eight accounts, those who did redeem all promo Avios through IB, the account balance shows 0.
Those who didn't use up all promo Avios, but instead transferred them to Avios.com/BA, show a (correct) negative balance now.

I transferred to EC cause I Was going to get a one way ticket.
2 hours later, I transferred back to IB and reedemed a flight.
today it shows -27.000 avios. Exactly the same amount I have transferred before to EC. They probably didnt see the avios were back to IP I think
oh well, gonna have to call them

Two Iberia account data points. In each case the full 90k was initially transferred to BA. Then in each case the full 90k was transferred back from BA to IB. Then in each case the full 90k were redeemed for tickets on the Iberia site.
Not seeing any negative balances... yet. I know there was concern about whether IB would still count avios redeemed after being transferred back in to IB from BA / Avios as "promotional avios".
Got some really solid redemptions out of this. Good luck to everyone!

Is anyone at -90K now? I transferred in 10K and did a 100K redemption before the deadline (so had zero in my account) -- of course now I have -90K....

Was your flight on Iberia or its group? or a partner? My statement shows the transaction date as the travel date. I am guessing they run a query from deposit to current date and if there are flight sector transactions amounting 90k or not. Clearly this transaction date is not right.
