- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

So I only received partial adios. I booked 10 flights but because their website was .... it redirected me to another country that apparently didn't participate in the promotion even though I just booked everything through iberia.es and my tickets say 'issued in madrid, spain'.
Anybody else experiencing this? I can see that the email the ticket was sent from was a different entity that the one i did get miles for though

Still waiting also.
sent ofr another email and copied in the execs. Sadly 2 of them seem to have changed emails probably due to this promotion. One went throughat least but still nothing.

I used the posted avios booked a ticket NRT-MAD-ZRH and now i need to cancel it. The phone agent told me the cancelation fee is 25 euros plus 25 euros phone processing phone. I did my research and never found anybody mentioning the cancelation fee has a phone processing fee. Anybody has heard of that?

Finally sent an email demanding a refund on Monday. Will be a really easy chargeback due to their clause about full refunds if requested by July 31st...and given they haven't responded to me in over 3 weeks this seems to be the likely resolution.

Exec numbers
Hi, new account and 90k avios missing even though the account isn't duped. struggling to get anywhere with this. Have left Twitter messages and many many emails and when I call I just end up going round in circles. Can someone please send me some exec emails that still work? Thank you!
