- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Just emailed in the data form and picture of my passport, and my wife did the same for the account she opened for the promo. Hopefully Iberia can validate that info quickly and get the accounts unlocked. And hopefully the bonus Avios post shortly thereafter.

Update: While I was able to reste PIN for the blocked IP+ account through the Iberia app (newly created, legitimate IP+ account, set up on June 23), when I go to search for availability using Avios, I get error message saying that to book flight with Avios please call Avios Customer Service at Spanish number . "To be to use your Avios we ask that you contact your Iberia Plus Customer Service Centre: (+34) 91 374 24 42. We apologise for the inconvenience.". If I try to proceed with clicking "View" anyway, I get a message saying that there was an error saying "An error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to please try again after a few minutes. If the error persists please contact us." . No avios posted yet, 0 balance, just doing some availability search.
