- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Which blogger is reporting that? For me, the big DP will be seeing points post for someone who opened an Iberia Plus account just before booking the flights.

Also reports that points are not transferable to BA. I guess Iberia actually got their act together on all fronts.

I wouldn't put much stock in that. First, that wouldn't make any sense given the whole "Avios expire by Dec. 1" limitation. Second, the most basic terms of the promo said you get the bonus Avios after 10 days. Third, we have multiple tweets from Iberia saying you get the Avios upfront.

All it takes is one communication to go out so all their staff can give one message. I asked him to transfer the call to supervisor and he came back after 10 mins saying that they will credit miles after 10 working days not July 1st . they are all over the place.

Why is people calling and asking csr’s? Let this play out and stop putting so much stock in what a low level employee says? So many drama queens wanting to put out new info, obviously a lot of newbies to this game
