- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

excited to get on board with Iberia. Got loads of avios through their groupon deals and flying Vueling already but i've never flown them.
I have booked one extra segment I wont fly to see what they do with the 9k avios. If i do get them, that'll be great.

For those of us who just created the account and made the bookings but Iberia number doesn’t show up in Manage Bookings, I just called them wanting to add the number for my 10 bookings and 10 for my friend.
After telling the call agent 3 ticket numbers, he stopped me and told me the number will only appear in all system after 24-48 hours. And it should automatically be added once that’s done. But I should call back on monday to double confirm that my tickets are attached with my Iberia number, and the bonus miles will be posted subsequently.
I don’t know why he asked for 3 ticket number first before telling me that, but at least it sounds like they will honor the promotion despite the system constraint. The conversation we had was a bit confusing and the agent a bit impatient probably due to calling them about this promotion.

Use the app - I wasnt able to book using the website (same error you quoted) and app worked like a charm. All 10 bookings showing up in the app under by frequent flyer
