- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

I created a new acct and when booking it autopopulated my IB# and name. Email receipt also has IB#. When I access the reservation the number is not there and doesn't let me add it because it says my names don't match.
Is is this a concern or is everyone on the same boat? Should I call?

"Please check your Iberia Plus number ... because it does not match the name and family name on the booking. If you are an On Business member, the name must the same as the one you have with Iberia Plus. Change it with On Business before booking your flight."

Sorry, but there´s no point taking advantage in this promotoin for babies o anyone under 12. It´s impossible to use Avios for anyone <12 y/o in the iberia plus kids scheme. Sometimes it´s wise to read the IbPlus terms and conditions.

The mods over at Loyalty Lobby seem to think it's only dependent on the version of the site you use when booking.

I keep getting "Request not processed" any time I want to search anything. Also, 100% of the time when I was searching I always get sent to "confirm you are a human being" verification page. I was using VPN and does that matter? Now I turned it off and use stealth mode both disappear.
