- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Do you think Iberia's crappy IT can differentiate between an Iberia.com vs an app booking ? For all I know, the app is just a front that opens a view on the website.

That statement came from Iberia's social media agent on Twitter. Based on my past interactions with them, I don't believe those guys are "in the know" and I don't trust they can give us accurate information.
Do you think Iberia's crappy IT can differentiate between an Iberia.com vs an app booking ? For all I know, the app is just a front that opens a view on the website.

Checked long haul business award availability from the US on iberia.com (only Iberia and British Airways displayed) and only noticed a few dates early next year, which I'm sure will quickly disappear once all these points post. Anyone have experience booking Avios partners? Maybe better luck with them? Not really interested in these points if I can't use them for business or possibly first

Uh oh. I think I may have messed this up. I have a US address, US credit card, used the US version of the site, but I'm sitting in Austria where I booked 10 tickets last night. Am I SOL?
