- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Received miles today and am experiencing the same error as everyone else trying to book tickets. Actually called Iberia Plus, and they said that there was a technical glitch behind the scenes and they weren't even going to be able to look up flight information for Avios bookings. Agent checked with her supervisor and another department and said that the website should be back up within two hours (it's 2:46PM eastern now).
Take it with a grain of salt--clear and correct communication is obviously a weak point with Iberia.

I called in. The first person could see the seats but said I needed to add beneficieries and call back. So I added them and called back in - the guy again could see the seats and put me on hold to calculate the taxes but never came back and I got cut off

Anyone else finding any Premium Econ availability? Looks like its been completely blocked out. I've searched multiple US cities over a 4 week period in the winter months and cant find a single seat on an Iberia flight. Oddly, business availability is decent from several locations.

For those that received the points, are you able to book flights? I'm getting an error "An error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask you to please try again after a few minutes. If the error persists please contact us."

Msg pop up asking me to call customer service when booking on flight that involves IB and Air Nostrum
Has anybody try to ticket IB (+ partner) award flight over phone before? Good / less than stellar experience?
