- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

I have sent ([email protected]) the ID confirmation (Passport) and Proof of Purchase twice so far and still no confirmation of receipt of the email from Iberia. I'll resend in a couple hours if I don't get the confirmation email.

All the ones I can recall in the last four maybe five years were 100k Avios after $20k in spend. As I recall it was 50k for hitting $3k in spend, additional 25k for hitting $10k in spend (+$7k on top of original $3k) and then an additional 25k for hitting $20k in spend (+$10k on top of previous spend).

Opened my IB+ account in 3/18 so not a new account.
Booked all tickets on iberia.com/us website on the first day. US address.
Only booked the 10 flights for myself, no pets, etc.
IB+ # was and still is on all my reservations.
Have never been locked out of my account and no e-mail (checked Spam too) asking to fill out a form.
No points yet.
So far I sent a e-mail to [email protected] last night highlighting the stats above and received the correct email reception e-mail this morning.
Anyone else in the same situation?

Hmmmm, my wife got the card about 10 years ago I think. We don’t really use credit cards that often but got the full bonus, so I doubt it was 20k (but you may be right that it was more than 3k). Think when you get a credit card bonus, the credit card company actually pays British Airways for the miles, so this deal is quite a bit different....
In any case, getting Avios without flying a mile has been rather easy for us :-)

Trying to keep thread on track...
I sent in (1) form and (2) passport info on 02 July. Got the first auto reply almost immediately. Then I read about sending in f (3) light PFD for each of the 10 reservations.
This morning I get the email saying to send in the above 3. Ok, will do. I have no IB+ on my PFD, but I do on the original mail send with the PFD.
I had to add my IB+ # to each reservation, because they didn't stick. I took screen shots after each of the reservations showing name, IB+ number and Confirmation #.
Now I need to resend (1) and (2) and all ten of (3). Gmail only allows you to attach total of 25 MB to each email. The paper work is is more than that.
My question - those of you who have already sent in the requested docs, how did you do it? 12 attachments or what? Thanks~
