- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

If we book a flight with the 90k flying on Iberia, are we able to make changes to that flight (change the date and paying the appropriate fees) or is that not allowed for this specific set of avios from this promo? I read a comment somewhere that if we book an AA operated flight, that isn't allowed, but is it allowed if it's on Iberia itself? Thanks.

Just checking - if I booked a LAX-MAD flight on IB and I want to change it to say MAD-MEX on IB or LHR-LAX on BA - is this permissible under this promotion or can I only change dates (i.e. no changes to origin and destination)?

If you reroute rather than just change dates, the agent might need to process a refund and subsequent re-booking. There's no guarantee that refunded Avios won't expire immediately.
A simple date change without changing carrier should be OK.

You can generally only make date changes to IB/AB awards (while partner awards can’t be modified anyway).
If you want to change the departure/arrival city, you have to cancel and book again, which is a nightmare (will take several days to several weeks to get the Avios back).
The T&C stated that no changes or refunds are possible after November 30, but of course nobody knows how they are implementing that.

AVIOS still not credited.
I purchased the required 10 tickets in June, but have never received the 90,000 AVIOS. I have emailed Iberia numerous times to no avail, even using the "Executive email addresses" provided in this thread. What legal recourse do I have with Iberia in the European legal system? Who would I complain to? Any suggestions. At this point the best solution would be a refund of the tickets, I guess.

Reach out to Iberia Twitter team. That is how I finally got my wife's (new account) 90K Avios two weeks ago. I have sent and called them numerous times since end of July. Finally they reached out to me claiming they can't send/receive message to my Comcast email address (go figure). After I gave them a Gmail email address, things were resolved in a couple of days. Also when communicating with Iberia Plus, put ONLY your account # in the subject line, nothing else. Otherwise it is likely to be filtered out. I learned the hard way. Good luck.

So just spend the last of my avios. Every last one. For a $300 outlay I got about 2k in domestic flights and hotels. Pretty happy about this promo.

I've spent my bonus Avios and didn't get the email. If people who have spent their Avios also get the email, then you can call the email a bluff sent to all...
Otherwise it's fair to assume that IB+ know who hasn't spent their Avios yet...
