- Login problems: If you have trouble logging into the Iberia website, type in your number and password by hand instead of using autocomplete. For some people this fixes login issues.
- Partner awards: Many flights on partners will not be available as one-way. You must redeem AA flights as a round trip for example
- Cancellations: Iberia awards on AA cannot be cancelled.

Same boat as many here, new account booked 7 flights, no Avios. Have sent multiple emails including all requested docs, received the dreaded "inconsistencies" email. One quick question for folks, I've been trying to book a one way international BA Award flight on Iberia metal but encountering an error with the BA site, is it possible that the trouble with my Iberia account is causing this issue?

6/23 - purchased 10 qualifying flights that qualified for the promotion.
7/3 - My account was locked and I emailed in the data rectification form and a copy of my passport.
7/5 - I received notice that my identity has been verified and my account has been unlocked and was asked to send a copy of each purchase confirmation I received as an attachment in order for you all to study if the flights in my bookings are eligible for the 9000 Avios bonus.
7/5 - I emailed in the 10 purchase confirmation.
7/12 - emailed the execs this morning around 9am
7/12 - got email that my flights qualified and points posted around 12pm
