I really hope that if somebody tweets or emails my IB+ number at them, asking for a new PIN... that IB also pays no attention...

I managed to get in but had to do the following.
Request a new pin.
Go to forgot pin
enter security question
re-enter security question and enter new pin,
You are then logged in.
You have to repeat the above though re-setting the pin each time or it doesn't work!
