Well, in this case the agent did sort-of admit to not knowing. The b-s was saying that only members with elite status can access those agents who do know how. (and those that don't have status must use a webform)

TBH that also sounds somewhat truthful because IB+ very well might have their more experienced agents handle calls from elite members...
