Iberia Website Issue

Iberia Website Issue

Anyone having issues with Iberia website? Got several error messages yesterday. I can log in today, and it shows my total Avios, but will not show earning history. I've had multiple qualifying flights last month and this month.

Welcome to Iberia IT.

It does that every once and a while. Just try again today, it's working fine for me now.

I can't log in either on website, nor on app :-(
Each time I try, I get info about error.

Same here! I quickly came to FT to check if anybody else was having the same issue. For a moment I thought my account had been hacked :S

Same here, last night i got some weird SQL errors on my app, looked like they'd lost some database tables. Now i can't login at all.

I can log in and get into my Iberia Plus account. Total of my Avios is correct. Un milagro!

It says I don't exist.

Have been using the same PIN forever. Checked last week and it was fine. Today, the website wouldn't accept my answers for my questions, nor recognise my email.



Tried the app and I get "Error en servicios Iberia Plus: Error al logarse con los SSO"

Can someone translate what that means for me please?

Still didn't work...

Didn't recognise my Pet's name... but it did recognise my email. So I managed to reset my password and got in.

Annoying..But quickly transferred some points to BA.

Good to know I wasn't the only one yesterday (also reading through the thread, good to know I wasn't the only one with problems a couple weeks ago when I was booking a different itinerary!). Oddly, I tried on an iPad after trying on Chrome and Safari on the Mac, and I was able to book a flight while the website was still down when accessing it on the Mac.

On Twitter they confirmed that the website was down when someone tweeted at them, and encouraged that user to try again in "a couple hours." I wish their Twitter feed would have some kind of dashboard at the top to show whether the site was working properly, given how often the website seems to have issues, because it's a giant waste of time to keep trying every five minutes to see if the site is working or not. I know they would never do this, but would be a great customer service!

Also had this issue. Customer service waived the phone service fee, but (very annoyingly), availability dried up as I was on the phone trying to sort the order. Not impressed, ended up having to spend an extra 8000 avios.
