I got a reply from [email protected] asking for additional documents. The problem is that if I try replying to that address, message never gets delivered. Even without attachments (while I need to send them photos in attachment somehow). What to do?

Sent my match request on 10/31/17
Today, I got an email signing me up for IB Plus at Clasica basic level.
Although no follow up email upgrading me to Silver.
Guess i'll wait a few more days? Perhaps it is a delayed process? Boy what a long time to wait...

Complete
According to thread #58 , it seems that you will receive another email about the upgrade of your status later on
Indeed the email came later - for me it was 24hrs after the Clasica email.
Total time to process: 57 days.
I did not sign up for an IB Plus account, they did it for me.
Email came at day 56 to sign me up for IB Plus, then day 57 to upgrade my status.
And then email to my "referrer" was day 57 as well that she and I would both get 1000 miles.
There here is information that you guys probably already know:
To get or keep this card you only need
1,100 Elite Points or 25 routes flown*between April 1 one year and March 31 the following year
How can I get a Gold Card?
You just need to accrue
2,250 Elite Points or fly 50 routes between April 1 one year and March 31 the following year.By making at least 1 flight with an IB code, operated by Iberia or another partner in the Iberia Plus, Vueling or British Airways programme on fares that count towards Elite Points, or alternatively if you make 50 flights under the conditions described above.
