Address for Iberia in the UK

Does anyone have an address for Iberia in the UK? All I can find is c/o British Airways at Heathrow. I need the address for the small claims court as IB not playing ball on delay compensation.

I recall visiting an Iberia office in Hammersmith several years ago. No idea if they are still there.

Check Companies House rather than an Iberia website...

Do you really need an UK address?
It could be that Iberia has really no office in the UK, because BA handles everything from an operations point of view.

I think in Germany it is like that:
According to EC261/2004 and relevant case law, a passenger may sue the airline at the port of arrival or destination.
If IB flies MAD-FRA -> The pax can sue IB in Frankfurt local court; the court will deliver to court paper to IB headquarters in Madrid.

Is that different in the UK court system?

Yes checked e UK small claims court website and it says "You can use the service from anywhere in the UK, but only against someone with an address in England or Wales" so I will use the C/O British Airways

Hammersmith seems to be all closed and the telephone numbers are defunct. Nothing on Companies House ether.

Anyone would think they were trying to make this difficult!

I used the IAG address in the end. I called Iberia who confirmed that they do not have a address in the UK.

An e-ticket receipt from them over the weekend does show the Hammersmith address on it, however.

How did this work out. Was your claim succesful using the IAG address?

I am in a similar position and trying to work out the best way to make the claim.

Thanks

Use Iberia Airlines at Waterside, when I initially used IAG they claimed I had no contract with IAG. When I used Waterside they paid up in full after 2 weeks.

Just found this forum as I am in the same situation, after months of trying to claim directly with Iberia for flight delays and missed connections, I had to contact CAA who finally received a positive answer from Iberia. I now have to wait 28 days to see if Iberia pays the compensation but I am not expecting this will happen. I would like to contact the Small Claims but I do need a UK address for Iberia. Could you please confirm the exact address you used for your claim as all I can find is IAG address in Harmondsworth? Thanks for your help.
