Anyone else having issues with getting to the redemption page? The coupon links to this URL (including the parenthesis)

Also tried it without the parenthesis, thinking that was just sloppy hyperlinking. No dice.
I also tried the URL that someone had indicated as being it a few months ago.

You want the second link, the one that includes Iberia.

What have I done to upset the IB gods? 
My Avios purchase appeared to have failed. In e-mail conversation, I am assured that my Avios will show in my account in 15-ish days. All I need to do is check my Avios account in 2-3 weeks' time.
OK, except IB's clunky IT has locked me out of my account
so that may be difficult. You'd think so-called 'security' questions would be simple to answer. But how do I supply my first surname? Or was it my second suname? I only have the one.

I've been trying to find this Avios offer for a few days now, but nothing appears when I search on Groupon. Appears to be gone ... for the moment. It's all so ephemeral, isn't it? I think I've been extraordinarily lucky to not have had the problems many here have had.

I bought a 2,000 Avios one in the middle of the night last night and redeemed it without problems. Also bought a 4,000 Avios one but it shows up as “procesando”, whereas the other one was available immediately.
Under the “Ofertas” button in my account, what does “caducado” mean?
