It sold out very quickly indeed. Once again, I'm late to the gate. This 2,000 Avios package comes around so often these days but I prefer to wait until the last one has been credited to my account. That avoids me getting confused about which package has credited and which hasn't.

We bought on avios-19 I believe on 1/12, redeemed on 1/13 and this morning see they're credited to our account with post date 1/28. Odd though, I started getting nervous when I wasn't seeing them posted so I started re-submitting daily until it happened. I submitted on 1/26, then again on 1/28 and saw them this morning with post date 1/28.

I can't find anything about Avios on the groupon.es site anywhere now. It just seems to have disappeared. I thought that's because we were just between promotions, but I'm not sure about the comments above.

It disappeared and reappeared this week but only at the 4K level and above. Right now I see it https://www.groupon.es/deals/avios-22

Seems like I cannot pay directly with my Canadian credit card. Also, I stopped using PayPal after they refused to use my new credit card as it had the same number but new CCV. Phtoey to PayPal as there are other ways to transfer funds.
No big deal. The Avios that I cannot buy is NOT my loss - only Iberia's loss.

For the other packs, if you don't buy through Groupon and buy elsewhere you just pay more...
I do agree that Paypal is a disaster, but you could always prefund or use a different credit card.

At lower levels we're probably better with the Groupon offer, don't you think? But since I have no longer seen the 2,000 Avios for €19 deal, I have stopped buying them.

Am I the only one having problems with this offer?
I have previously used it for a few batches of 2.000 Avios, but I then needed a larger amount for a BA 2-4-1 redemption and purchased 2x20.000 Avios over a month ago.
I have still not received any Avios, and Iberia are telling me to go to a specific site which I cannot access. Groupon said they would send it to a special department handling these cases and would come back to me within 7 working days (and its now been 11 or so), and have now stopped responding altogether.
I can also see on Groupon that they have removed reviews of Iberia Avios with less than 3 stars. There were a few recent 1-star reviews stating that they hadn't received their Avios either, but mine and the other reviews regarding this have now been deleted.
I ended up purchasing sufficient Avios during the 50 % bonus directly with Iberia, and I am therefore trying to get a refund of my 498 EUR (unfortunately I paid with a Revolut debit card), but I am getting no responses.
Anybody else having issues?
