Hurricane Sandy and Madrid - JFK flights

Hi all, flying from Madrid to JFK on Iberia Sunday, due in to NY around 8 p.m.

First off, what are the odds of this being canceled on me? Either due to weather or for other factors (airlines don't want to leave their planes on the runway in the storm, subways shut down so airport workers have to go home, etc.).

Would it be more likely for them to cancel the flight before it ever takes off, or could the plane be diverted mid flight and if so, where?

Also, has Iberia put out a change fee waiver yet? Technically the booking was through BA (via my client's travel agent in the UK) but online at least BA is just sending me over to Iberia's website, which doesn't really seem to work.

Thanks all! First posting and i really appreciate all of the useful info I've found on these forums so far.
