Iberia: Delayed luggage compensation?

What is Iberia's delayed luggage compensation policy? There are a few years old threads on flyertalk mentioning this, but I coukd not find anything on Iberia's website.

In the event a baggage delay you are entitled to:

i) 1 overnight kit (only for non-residents) which normally includes basic toiletries and pajamas.
ii) Up to 1131 SDRs (roughly 1 SDR equals to 0.66 USD) if you can prove with receipts the expenses you had as a consequence of not having available personal belongings.

You’ve got 21 days to file the claim.

i had the same with Iberia - they lost my bags going to Seville (via Madrid) and then again on the return journey!
I was told it was 44 Euros per case for essentials.
However I cannot find where to send the claim to - does anyone know?
