Iberia Plus local rate contact number

+34-91-374-2442

In case it's of interest. Certainly beats the 41/77 cents per minute premium rate number they try to push on the website.

Thanks vm for posting!

I fly very few times with IB but most of the times is with points I get from cc, and I though it was a joke to pay the a.m. hefty rates.

Hello all,

I have just received a mail from Iberia with a new telephone number for IB Plus, which is, dialing from Spain, 902 20 12 14.

I understand it is not as cheap as the one mentioned above but at least does not come with the outrageous rates of the old one.

heramato Oct 16, 2010 1:23 pm

Yes. I have recieved the email too.

Open 24/7 and promising the "same levels of quality service". :D

I wonder what former colony this number is forwarded to...

So far, I have talked to them several times over the past couple of months, and I was always answered by Spanish representatives, I mean from Spain, no former colonies at all.

I phoned the above number this morning to cancel an award ticket and after waiting for an agent around 10', they told me that, as I was phoning from Spain, I could not use it, and I had to dial 902 20 12 14.:td:

I dialed the "local" number and I was connected to an agent quite fast, so at tbe end it was not so bad.

Thanks heramato, good idea @:-)

I will try to remember it for my next call to IB Plus.

Or, dial 067 before the number as that hides your caller ID and if they ask say that you are calling from abroad.

For the UK, dial 020 7365 5494

Hi,

I have not been able to find a U.S. telephone number in their spanish web.

I would suggest you phone through skype(or similar) to the number you can find in the sticky thread in this forum.
