Park Hyatt Paris = 650 Euro = $956/night for a regular room!

I'm trying to figure out where to best use my points!

without going into hyatt.com and actually inputting some days, I'd guess the PH Moscow or PH Dubai, because both cities are incredibly expensive.

But PH Paris is definitely up there and a very good use of points or FFN.

Dirt cheap - I'll buy 100 at those prices. Can they wrap them up and ship to USA? .

paris or milan for sure

We have stayed at both, both are wonderful although we found the eyewatering 15 euros a beer (bottle) in the bar is not great value. Of the two, milan is where i would return (or Zurich!)

Dubai may also be v v pricy....

Which Are The Most Expensive Hyatts?

For a standard room. Any suggestions? Maldives? PH Tokyo? Others? Any that are "overpriced?"

Some of the European Park Hyatt properties are probably the most expensive. Paris, Milan, Moscow, and perhaps Istanbul (?)

Park Hyatt Tokyo is possibly the most expensive Asian property, but even with the high yen it is not as expensive as some of the european properties.

I think most Park Hyatt properties offer excellent value, and would not call any of Hyatt`s high end properties overpriced.

Although they sometimes have cheap rates, I find the New York properties to be horrendously overpriced at times, especially considering that the properties are nothing special. This has more to do with hotel price levels in Manhattan in general than it does with Hyatt or the individual properties.

Actually Istanbul not too bad, around €400 pn normally. Milan and Paris are €550-650, Moscow usually about RUB28k (€700) and Zurich at CHF850 (also around €700). And people wonder why the Europeans moan about not getting the credit card

EDIT to add: Just had a look at PHT rates - only €370 ! wow.

Moscow.

Though for service, my fav is Istanbul and Milan

Hmm, Moscow PH isn't really that great. I would think Overpriced too, but considering it it directly across from Red Square (almost) and in the Arabat, you are paying for the location
