without going into hyatt.com and actually inputting some days, I'd guess the PH Moscow or PH Dubai, because both cities are incredibly expensive.
But PH Paris is definitely up there and a very good use of points or FFN.

Domestically the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek during ski season
I have seen it as high as 650 for a normal non special event ro holiday ki season weekend. Looking online i saw 849 PLUS taxes and resort fees for a courtyard view normal room new years eve and new years day.

paris or milan for sure
We have stayed at both, both are wonderful although we found the eyewatering 15 euros a beer (bottle) in the bar is not great value. Of the two, milan is where i would return (or Zurich!)
Dubai may also be v v pricy....

Park Hyatt Tokyo is possibly the most expensive Asian property, but even with the high yen it is not as expensive as some of the european properties.
I think most Park Hyatt properties offer excellent value, and would not call any of Hyatt`s high end properties overpriced.
Although they sometimes have cheap rates, I find the New York properties to be horrendously overpriced at times, especially considering that the properties are nothing special. This has more to do with hotel price levels in Manhattan in general than it does with Hyatt or the individual properties.

Moscow.
Though for service, my fav is Istanbul and Milan
Hmm, Moscow PH isn't really that great. I would think Overpriced too, but considering it it directly across from Red Square (almost) and in the Arabat, you are paying for the location
