I am switching all my stays to Hyatt^^^ I will have at least 11 stays with Hyatt.

I have a stay tonight at Hyatt. AAA BREAKF rate is $79.20 which includes breafkast and self parking at this property. Bargain in itself.

There are no G bonuses. But I hope to collect-

Diamond amenity of 1,000 Hyatt points.
Miles for my stay based upon rate. Sounds like 500 miles with UA.
Mastercard bonus of 2,500 Hyatt points.
And 5,000 miles being a 1k with UA.

This deal is sweet esp. for the next couple nights until the MC runs out.

Then. Come on Hyatt. Onto possibly FFNs. I got stays to spend $ on. My Saturday night changed from Sheraton to Hyatt Place because of this UA bonus. I can be swayed! Tempt me please.

Let us not forget comp. internet as a Diamond which was great in China last week at the GH and PH versus the $20 I had to pay at the Le Royal Meridien Shanghai.

I don't think MC bonus is combinable with this - according to MC T&C

I have to pass this promotion as it's just through the end of Oct.

I'm working on the 3K bonus pts/stay till the end of September and will be on vacation for the whole month of October with no revenue stays.

Maybe next time...

I am a 1K but I can't imagine anyone checking anything. Plus in this case Hyatt Dia CS changed the stay to miles retroactively (thanks! ^)
Perhaps there is an additional database filter either on hyatt or UA side that lets 5000 mile bonus through for 1Ks. Perhaps not. I am obviously yet to see anything in my UA account but I'll update once the miles post.

Comment from agent at check-in.

Asked for Diamond amenity card and picked points.
Used MC debit card in hopes of getting 2500 Hyatt points.
Presented and agent pillowed in UA 1k number for 5000 UA miles.

Got breakfast cert and self parking pass. No matter what it is a deal!

Got the offer and I am 1K. If you are not 1K I would not count on getting the extra 5K.

Be careful, if you pick the miles does the stay count ? I for one would rather have the GP points and the stay credit vs UA miles.

Yes, stays count even when you choose to earn miles.

I'm pretty sure that you can just register for this one and its not really targetted. See post #15 for the link.
