FFN matress run advice
Doing my annual Fall FFN/Diamond requalification mattress run. Cleveland HR and HP, Columbus HR Capital and HP(twice each) and on to visit friends in Asheville, NC. After Asheville on to Connecticutt, Milford HP, Mystic HP(twice each)and then Newport,RI. What I need is a Hyatt stay at an easy in easy out location about midway between Asheville and Conn. I'm trying to avoid the worst of traffic. How about 2 suggestions for the trip back to Chicago. Thanks!

For the NC to CT leg - I'd suggest some of the suburban DC (in VA) properties or perhaps the Mt Laurel NJ HP or SS depending on how far you want to go each day.
No real good suggestions for 2 properties on the way back to Chicago - my thoughts were Cleveland - perhaps Pittsburgh airport then the Cincinnati area properties (if midweek the Grand Victoria Casino in Rising Sun Indiana can have rates as low as $49 - weekends are usually sold out).

Thanks. The Rising Sun Casino has been on our matress run the last 3 Falls, but we've given up on them. We like the gambling, but as part of Hyatt Gaming, they know nothing about Diamond benefits. No welcome amenity and the only way I can get my breakfast is to talk to the manager and insist he call GP. He then reluctantly hands over 2 coupons. I'm not kidding - same routine 3 years in a row.
