Cheap Opportunities to Earn FFNs

Well, I still don't see how that helps me rack up stays at Dulles South or Denver Tech Center while lounging in my beach cabana in the Maldives... 
However, yes, "phantom stays" (a term coined here at FT, no?) were expressly barred by the 2007 FFN T&Cs, and although the 2008 version leaves that out, I don't think I'd try it.
For the Chicago area, Schaumburg appears to be where it's at for the next three Saturday nights. $80 for HP, $89 for SS or HR (altho HR is unavailable this Sat). SS has a G2 bonus, but the HP is across the parking lot from Ikea!

Hmm, not seeing many valid 13147 Limited Time Offers in my searches this year. The only hotel actually showing up at Travelzoo is the new St. Louis Riverfront, at $89.

...through October (after their announcement that they wouldn't be a Hyatt from Oct 1., and then the deal fell through). With FFN, G2 and the MC 2,000, it's about as good as it gets, in my opinion. And it's Cancun. I also stayed at the Caribe Hyatt for $83. Oh, and occupancy at the two resorts was at rock bottom. BTW, USAir only requires 30K miles, and the flights I was on a couple of weeks ago were 1/2 to 2/3 full.

Got a rate of $63.75 at Hyatt Place in Greensboro, NC last weekend. Try that for a good rate. It is close to Wendover and I-40 with many shopping opportunities and good places to eat.
