Is there any fee to transfer points to other members?

From Gold Passport's site, it mentions briefly about members can transfer points to other members (I am not referring to combining points to redeem a stay). Does anyone know if there is any fee involved, and is there any minimum points transfer requirement, and if the members involved need to be in the same household?

Thanks!

No fee, but U can transfer only the # of miles which the other person needs for an award. S/He must make a res. but can quietly cancel it a few days after receiving your points.
