I concur...GREAT article, GUWonder!

This is extremely upsetting to hear. And the experience at the PH Toronto does not bode well with me as I was planning on staying there a few times later this year...:mad:

The Hyatt Regency, Maui has an Expedia desk as well as thier own concierge. We used the concierge to book a last minute reservation at Sonz. We tipped him $10. Trust me, it wasn't necessary. Sonz was dead and the service was awful. I can't believe they are affiliated with Nick's Fishmarket. My fish was extremely dry and they let our wine glasses run dry more than once.
