Park hyatt dc report.

I used two ffn nights and first night adjoining room room was smoking in a non smoking. Moved rooms got free dry cleaning and an extra comp night. Will write gm and ask for two night cert for later.

I think that what you already received is already more than generous since the problem was not the hotel's fault.

Maybe you should ask for unlimited free stays there for the next 10 years. :(

WOW... the hotel gets around $50 for each FFN...that's cheap, I'm shocked.

The hotel was very proactive and generous during your stay. IMO you are over reaching to try to negotiate the offer up post stay.

I think that the hotel more than made up for your problem.
