I would love one to open in Alexandria, VA near the USPTO and the VA District Court (King Street Station Area). Right now my selections are a Hilton and an Embassy Suites. I miss being able to stay at the Hyatt Crystal City (well until the most recent news).

salt lake city.
bring back park hyatts in LA and San Francisco.
and if we're counting territories, it'd be nice to have a regular Hyatt (as opposed to a timeshare) back in Puerto Rico.

San Jose, CA. It's one of the largest cities in the US along with the home to many businesses and Hyatt has gone from 2 properties to Zero in the last couple years. There is a Hyatt in Santa Clara, but that is hardly sufficient for such a busy area.

Hopefully, now that they are using Hyatt Place and Summersfield we will see them add some more properties.

I'd love having one in Maine--however they didn't even keep the old Amerisuites--so I doubt they'd bring in a Hyatt--it would be great--even further down the southern part of the state near New Hampshire. Even bringing in one of Hyatts lower tier brand would be acceptable---but not in Aroostook county
