bad karma.

i find that there's generally always a legitimate way to get what you want. i for example have had some luck calling up the hotel directly and getting them to lower rates if i tell them that i'd really like to give them the business but that a competitor hotel has a much better rate for me. in the past few years, as a graduate student, i've been able to plead my case that i can only afford to pay lower rates but that i have a lot of business travel ahead of me when i go back to work, and its surprising how often the hotel will lower rates for me. legitimately and with no guilt!

I'm sure they exist but you would need real ID to use either code.

Then the best thing is to call CS tell them you have id and get them to book.

What can such a proof be? Is actually anybody who works at company A eligible for the discount rate or only certain staff members from company A?

What is the Credit Suisse corporate code? My cousin works with CS. Maybe I can join a night together with him in a Hyatt.

There is a travel agents link at the bottom of thr Hyatt.com site. You do need an IATA number but discounts are pretty good.

thierry Jun 11, 2008 6:58 am

Travel industry rates are ineligible for stay credit and points however
