your information is wrong - unless you are specifying a very specific hotel; IBM codes still work (with the same discount) as they always have.

Never really knew about the BRG - that looks promising. Where do you find rates that are usually better? Orbitz, Travelocity? Also, do they use their pre-pay rates or regular rates?

As a data point, my corporate rate at the Hyatt Waikiki includes the resort fee, and breakfast, and free internet access.

Look on your corporate travel site under hotels. You should find a list of preferred hotels and their codes.
If they don't list the codes, try to make a dummy booking at a hotel, and it should fill in automatically.
At worst, call your corporate travel dept.
