I'm not sure if there're some mistakes but on Hyatt Development page, the Emerald Park is pinned at The Vern at BLVD and the future Hyatt Regency Nashik is pinned at the current Emerald Park. From what I can find, The Vern at BLD has 73 rooms and Emerald Park only has 34 rooms (?!)
