No, only $100 credit. I don't remember if it is limited to F&B, I think not. We used ours for set dinne at their in-house Japanese restaurant (Touzan).

There is apparently a breakfast benefit at this hotel, though I don't think the Amex Hotel Collection typically includes that. Here's a screenshot.
Interestingly, in my confirmation email it didn't mention anything about this. Might need to contact the hotel directly to confirm.

Ended up e-mailing the hotel and they confirmed that my reservation through Amex THC included breakfast.
Also confirmed that the $100 credit is limited to F&B only, which is too bad. Would have preferred to use it at the spa.

Thanks all. I had emailed the hotel as well, and they confirmed that it does include breakfast in addition to the $100 F&B credit.
