I just added this to my reservation at the Grand Cypress.
5 nights sunshine on sale with 1 night free & the 5k points.

There's no particular link. It popped up as a choice when I went to make my reservation. I believe it's up to each resort.

Why don't you call reservations? Sometimes they know if it's offered and also when. I had a situation last year where a week was particularly busy and it wasn't being offered. In that case, it might open up as availability does.
