So this means the Resort fee no longer includes Parking?....and Globs will have to pay unless using full points award...?

Right now the parking gate is not operational yet so let's see if they try to charge me... I believe street parking is possible outside of snow removal times but I am not entirely sure..
lakeside beach chairs remind me of some European beach 100 long by 4-5 rows deep.. pretty crazy but I normally go there during quiet shoulder season there so perhaps this is common..

the casino will certainly have to figure out a way to allow locals players to park for free. plus, tourist players staying elsewhere. perhaps players card will work the gate for free.
also, the cottages have their own parking. suppose a gate there would be easy to install.

They've figured more ways of squeezing the hotel customer. Yet, not uncommon to find rooms going for $110/night on PL this summer at same time rack rate was over $300. Current management sucks.

Huge differences this fall too. Mid-October rates for a refundable King deluxe room are $128 at an OTA, 9.9K Chase UR, or $188+tax and fees or 20K WOH points. I suppose it's a good way to liquidate WOH points if you've got too many.

Parking fee ended up on my folio but was waived when I mentioned I made the reservation when it was a part of resort fee.
35+15 is a money grab imho unless they make some improvements to the lot - for now you 'll still have to shovel snow off your car despite paying the fee...
R-A is indeed retiring in mid october.. all the best to her!

Was here to attend a wedding this past weekend. Both valet and self parking was waived for guests booked under the wedding rate (but can confirm it was listed on signs as $25 valet/$15 self with someone manning the entrance though one could have easily lied to get through since they weren't checking against any list). Parking was nuts due to holiday weekend so the free valet was welcome to save the time finding parking.
This was my first time at the property and it was quite nice. It was a madhouse due to the holiday weekend, the beach was completely chock full and the lounge was filled to the gills almost every time we went in. However the room was perfectly nice and the location for a wedding could not have been better. I used a club lounge certificate which gave us club access and put us in a regular room but on the 12th floor/Club floor.
The lounge food offerings didn't look particularly appealing (only went in there for breakfast) but being able to access for free water bottles during the day was appreciated. No one was checking guests / rooms when going in, just room key access and that was it.

For future reference. One floor does not allow for open windows. You were on it.
