It may not be that great of a rate, but I'm at New Brunswick (NJ) this weekend for $95. Since I was targeted for the double stay credit promo, well, it's a great rate for me .

Aside from Phantom stays you want to make sure to use your actual MC when checking in. On a recent biz stay I made my res via my corp web site where my Visa was used to hold the room. Upon check in I did give my MC, but a couple of days later when I checked I didn't see the FFN posted and was told it was because the room was held with a Visa on file. After a bit of investigating by GP they did see the room was actually paid for with MC and gave me the FFN stay credit.

While not the best rate I've ever used, the Atlanta Regency downtown has $89 through Sunday (checking out Monday). The best part is the bonus for the property:
ATLR3K = 3000 GP Bonus
G2 = 2000 GP Bonus
So that's 5000 bonus points on top of the regular earning. Then, with the Diamond Ammenity, you get almost 1 free night on points plus 1 FFN with 2 stays. And since Sunday is usually more expensive, it is a great last-ditch FFN effort.
All in the rate is $102 and some change, but I think it's well worth it given the available bonus points. You will have to call and get the bonuses applied most likely, but it's worth the effort for 5k gp.
Happy Hyatting this holiday. =)

Those will be rare. You can get some government rates for sub-$100. You may also try Palm Springs, which is usually less through the week. But in general, I'd say it's highly unlikely to find them on a weekday. I got sub-$100 through Sunday night, but I haven't tried the week. From past experience, they are hard to find, and I'm already re-qualified for Diamond. I also have enough FFN to fit my travel needs. If the rate was good enough, I'd jump on it, but I think it is highly unlikely to find a non government or senior rate that would be good enough.

Thanks for posting. I had a mild cardiac event as I'm on hold right now!
