New to Hyatt..

:) Hi, I am a newbie.. to Hyatt Gold Passport.. It will be my first time staying at a Hyatt hotel in NY with my grandparents (Grand NY). I thought it would be nice if they could have breakfast at the Regency Club, and I was wondering if there is anyway I can buy or earn a pass to the Regency Club Lounge.. How does this work? Thanks!

If RC rooms are available you should be able to book them online. Just check your dates and see if a rate comes up for RC rooms.

The restaurant at the GH NY is actually very nice, and has a wonderful full buffet. You might do better just dining in the restaurant then in the Club, which only features a continental breakfast. The cost difference for RC rooms might be more then just paying for breakfast IMHO.
