Wrong points when booking the hyatt.com rate?

After 2 years Hyatt still has not got the points situation right!

When will the webmaster sort it out!

I very rearly book the hyatt.com prepaid rate for myself or anyone else
(I do a lot of hyatt bookings for friends and collegues)

On a couple of recent bookings still no points for the prepaid rate!
then I emailed service and they said that they had checked and the points were correct. :td:
absolutely not!so I had to waste time sending another email.

how many others of you have had this problem. it has been happening for a few years now so its not new!
Hong kong Regency
Adelaide
Perth
Sydney
are just a few I have had to correct!

I never ever used to check my points until it happened in Perth.
I am sure there are a lot of you who do not check entries other than-
did I get the stays/nights! :(

I've had the same problem in Waikiki

At checkout, the bill listed the room charges [from Hyatt.com] as ineligible for points. The front desk manager could not override the computer, so I had to call Customer Service who called the hotel to fix it.
Truly an unnecessary hassle that I face again next week.

I was wondering how many actually call to correct these "mistakes" on Hyatt's part that are eligible for the stay credit and points.

My .com stays in Houston would never post, but an email fixed it every time.
