Hyatt e-mail?
Has anyone e-mailed Hyatt GP customer service in the last few days? I have sent two e-mails and did not get an auto reply. The frist e-mail has not been answered so I sent another today and no reply telling me the e-mail was received?

I have done a matress run in the last week and had nothing post! :td: I think they may have gone on holidays :confused: |
I know its the holidays and things take time but is anyone getting account problems fixed by e-mail and if so how long is it taking GP CS to fix the problems and e-mail you back?

I sent two just before Christmas.
Got a reply on one right after the holidays, and no response on the other, though the issue was resolved. |
