Hyatt Email Bouncing?

Not sure if I'm alone on this, but when trying to send an email via the Hyatt.COM website to the Gold Passport folks, I get an error message that says:

Gold Passport Customer Service on Tue, 30 Nov 2004 22:32:00 -0500
The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration error on the
server. Please contact your Administrator.

And then when I tried to email Karen about it here to her [email protected] address, her email bounced too:

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.

Got an email bounced that I sent to MCO Hyatt thanking them for their excellent treatment. I thought it was the hotel's email or my mistyping.

At Karen's instruction, I sent an email to [email protected] on 11/18 to receive a more timely response than through the webpage.

I still haven't heard back.

My company began receiving lots of virus emails on Sunday and it continued through yesterday.

Perhaps Hyatt also got hit and closed the pipe to the internet to recover.

Yes I tried sending an e-mail to the Greenwich Hyatt Monday, and although I had correct e-mail addresses, they got bounced. - - - and I just resent it now, and it seems to have gone through.

They must have had computer problems yesterday.

Normally my stays post in 24 hours around 1pm EST. My Monday stay has not yet posted.
