Awards (FFNs & Regular) Sought & Cancellations - 12/1/04-4/30/05
I thought I'd make a sticky for award cancellations and those seeking them for award stays (FFNs or Regular awards) for "Highly Desirable" locations. This way perhaps us FTers can help each other out if we hold award reservations that we want to cancel for whatever reason. Please follow the format of putting in the title line the property and nights you are seeking or cancelling. Thanks!!

I have an award reservation for the Hyatt Regency Aruba for March 11 - March 13, 2005. I need to change it to March 16 - March 18, 2005, which is not currently available. Can anyone help? Thanks!

REQUEST: PH Tokyo 12/3 to 12/4 or 12/10 to 12/11
Looking for PH Tokyo 12/3 to 12/4 or 12/10 to 12/11. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Can't offer much, but I have a Hyatt Suite Upgrade ticket expiring in 12/31/2004 that I could give as reward. Thanks.

TIP: Call PH Tokyo Reservations directly. If Diamond and repeat guest, they are often more than willing to confirm right on the phone..... Good luck!

Hi JKC22.
Thanks for the tip. I tried it out, but they referred me back to the Gold Passport desk here in Tokyo. Diamond status did not seem to help much either. Thanks anyways.

This thread is not intended for "trading" of items other than reservations that are already made for award nights at Hyatt Hotels. It is meant to help out othere members if you are already holding some award reservations that you may not use. Of course, if someone helps you out, small tokens of appreciation may be given. Please post true "trades" in Coupon Connection.
