Canceling FFN question
 

Hi,

I'm fairly new to the Hyatt program and have a question about the FFNs.
When I cancel an FFN award how long does it take until the award is back in my account so that I can "reuse" it again to make a reservation?

It should be available for use right away as long as you call into the Hyatt GP Customer Service Phone Number.

I liked the online feature where you could check FFN availability online. Can I not use it anymore once I made reservations?

If you call into GP customer service to cancel the FFN reservation, they can make a new one right away.

You cannot check the FFN availablity if you do not have any unbooked FFN left. Alternatively, check award booking for standard award
5K, 8K, 12K, 15K awards availability since they are the equivalent to FFN...
