FFN / Mastercard ?
 

My bill was under the door this morning w/o Mastercard in the description.Does anyone know how I can get this fixed?I have not checked out yet.

You tell them politely that you paid with a MC and that you want your bill to reflect that fact, as all your other Hyatt stays show that you paid with a MC.

They should have the ability to do this unless you are at some foreign property, perhaps?

Kindly advise which property this was that had not listed your payment as from a MC, so that those who henceforth stay there, will be on the lookout as their bill might also need such revision.

In my experience, I have never noticed the Mastercard notation on the folio that is slipped under the door (only the credit card you presented is noted - the last few digits anyways). The MC notation appears after you do the actual checkout.

This could be the way it works,I have never had the bill under the door at any Hyatt before today.

What I did was go to the desk and check-out,paying with another MC account and all is good.

Same here - I've never seen it on the folio slipped under the door. Only on the "zero balance" folio I get from the front desk at checkout. By the way, since that is what you need to fax to GP if you have a problem, I would advise not doing telephone checkout during FFN.

I was at the Hyatt Huntington Beach recently and when I checked out they gave me a Folio (at the counter) which did not indicate Mastercard. I said that I needed something to show that I used Mastercard. They printed my final bill with a $0 balance and sure enough the Mastercard was on this copy. This was on a Priceline stay that had incidentals
