Use wife's corporate rate in Japan when traveling together
 

So my wife and I will be traveling to Japan in May, the reservation is booked under my name for 2 people because I am Globalist, but using my wife's corporate code. She will bring her work badge, but 2 things I want to make sure that wouldn't cause a problem:
- she is the employee but I am the one the reservation is for;
- her badge doesn't have the company name (for security reasons), but she should be able to validate using email).

Wouldn't think there will be any problem in any other country, but I'm talking about Japan here so want to make sure.
